Well to start what a beautiful day today has been weather wise eh? Absolutely wonderful!!
To add to my joys of the beautiful day, I managed to meet a very wonderful and inspirational lady today, named Emma Jones (the founder of www.enterprisenation.com)!!
Can I just say a HUGE thank you for taking the time to come up to Grimsby to have that amazing event, (especially as you said it was the kinda weather for sitting in the garden!! lol) Emma and the lady from paypal (sorry I forgot your name),
Talk about inspirational!!
I also met some interesting local business people so fingers crossed things might be moving in the right direction!!
Watch this space!!
We did have a little mishap tho!! Tracy I love you!! Coffee spilled over my cards, only 2 tho, and dont worry Tracy I forgive you!!! xxx Hope your hand is ok? Tracy makes beautiful mohair teddies, Boolouroo bears!!.

Well, what a beautiful day, just the kinda day to get me in the mood for lots of crafting!!!! I just love the sun shinning in on me as i'm merrily working away!!!
I'm trying to do as many cards as I can to take to the Exhibition i've been asked to show at on friday 21st May, through Efactor. Big thank you to Rachel!!!
So .... Six cards down many more to go!!
I've been using these wonderful Sara Kay die cut decoupage sheets from "The Hobby House" as they're beautiful,and easy to use, Matching them to papers is really easy!
I've also been using some of the toppers from Lilly of the Valley which are soooo cute too!!!
I do sometimes stamp the images and colour them in with Promarkers, but at the moment I need to get as many done as I can, (Also stops the little ones asking to use my pens lol). Maybe later I'll post some of the images i've stamped and coloured myself!!
I've got to ask Lucie to photograph these cards to show you, please tell me what you think of them? (Be gentle wont you?)

Another square card, this time for a new baby. Using three different backing papers all from a kit off qvc , a velum tag with a relevant quote with a brad to hold it in place and two relevant toppers also from the scrapping kit. I'm not too keen on this card to be honest, a bit too simple, but I made it for a comission!
Just have to highlight the tag as the words are so true :)

Hello, this is the first ever post on my "under consrtuction " blogg, so howdy there. Another hectic day with the children, and running around so I only mananged to get the finishing off bits done to the cards i managed to make over the last couple of nights, mainly using the "sarah Kay" images from The Hobby House. Good news came today too, i've been asked to Exhibit my work at a show for efactor coming up shortly, will tell more when i get more details, should be fun!!! Will keep you informed!! Better sign off now, and will try to get photos on soon, as soon as Lucy will trust me with her camera!!
